Hello, I’m Ratna (Ratan Bhadur Tamang), trekking guide from the beautiful Langtang region, nestled north of Kathmandu, Nepal. Blessed to have grown up among the majestic Himalayas, I developed a deep love and respect for nature, the mountains, and the rich cultural heritage of my homeland from an early age.

Since 1998, I have been guiding trekkers and adventurers through Nepal’s breathtaking landscapes. With more than two decades of experience, I have gained extensive knowledge of Nepal’s diverse geography, flora, fauna, traditions, and ethnic cultures. My journeys have also taken me across Tibet, allowing me to broaden my understanding of the Himalayan region and its unique way of life.
