Highlights of Everest Base Camp Trek?

Mount Everest, the highest mountain peak in the world, has two base camps: the North Everest Base Camp and the South Everest Base Camp. The South Everest Base Camp, located on the Nepal side, stands at an altitude of 5,364 meters (17,598 feet), while the North Everest Base Camp, situated in Tibet, is at 5,150 meters (16,900 feet). These base camps serve as important staging points for climbers ascending Mount Everest via either the northeast ridge or the southeast ridge.

Everest Mimọ Camp (South base camp) is Nepal’s world’s most popular trekking destination; every year, over 30 thousand trekkers are at Everest Base Camp. For this Trek, trekkers must fly from Kathmandu to Lukla and then trek to base camp for a few days. The trek route follows, Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, Lobuche, Gorak shep, Kala Patthar, and the rich Everest base camp.

Trekking season ( March to May ) is best to climb Mt Everest in the spring. Every year more than 300 people want to climb Mt Everest.
