Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan Tour’s 11-day adventure begins with visits to famous Nepalese landmarks such as Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, and Patan Durbar Square. Next, you take a flight to Lhasa, Tibet, which gives any foreigner a feeling of mystique in the air. Over the next two days, we will visit several prominent landmarks in Tibet, including Potala Palace, Sera Monastery, Norbulingka, Drepung Monastery, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor market. After that, we fly back to Kathmandu.
The Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan tour includes three UNESCO World Heritage sites: Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, and Bhaktapur Durbar Square. We also explore the ancient city of Bhaktapur, inhabited mainly by the Newar ethnic group. Next is a flight to Paro, Bhutan, which offers spectacular views of the Himalayas before you arrive at the picturesque valley of Paro. The following day, we drive to Thimphu, exploring landmarks such as the King Jigme Dorje Memorial Chorten and the Botanical Garden. The next day, we go to Paro and explore several milestones in the valley. Then we take a flight back to Kathmandu, where you can recapture the Tibet, Bhutan, Nepal tour of the Himalayas because one is insufficient.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, our representative will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel.

Day 02: Explore Kathmandu, Nepal
Half-day sight-seeing includes Kathmandu Durbar Square–the palace of the then Malla and Shah Kings of Nepal, Kumari Temple– the house of the virgin goddess, Swayambhunath–a stupa atop a hill vividly displaying Kathmandu. Afternoon visit Patan Durbar Square, including the Golden Temple, Krishna Temple, and Patan Museum.

Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu, Nepal to Lhasa/Tibet, China
Fly to Gongar airport and drive to Lhasa through the Yarlung Tsangpo and Kyi rivers. Rest day for altitude acclimatization.

Day 04: Explore Lhasa, Tibet
A morning visit to Potala Palace, built in the 17th century, provides fantastic views of Lhasa and houses the private quarters of the Dalai Lama. Evening visit to Sera Monastery and Norbulingka–the summer palace of the Dalai Lama, which houses the most extensive artificial garden in Tibet.

Day 05: Explore Lhasa
Morning visit to Drepung Monastery, the largest Tibetan monastery built in 1416 by a disciple of Tsongkhapa, housing thousands of monks. Afternoon visit Jokhang Temple and Barkhor market, which combines Tibetan and Nepalese art and architecture.

Day 08: Drive from Paro to Thimphu
